Flagship of our Alsatian gastronomy, the famous garnished sauerkraut. This hearty dish is adorned with smoked pork neck, salted pork belly, knack sausages, and smoked sausages.
  Consumption advice: Warm in a pot over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Pour white wine during cooking. Serve with potatoes or spatzle. 750-gram jar.  

Special Sauerkraut Beer 50cl

Produced by the Craft Brewery of Saint-Pierre. Blonde top-fermented beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Aromas of cereals and juniper berries. Refreshing with a pronounced character of Alsatian hops. Specially brewed for the preparation and accompaniment of Alsatian sauerkraut. Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health, please drink responsibly. The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.

Blonde beer from Uncle Hansi 50cl.

Crafted blonde all-malt beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized. The bottle refermentation induces the natural formation of yeast sediment, which ensures the preservation and flavor of this beer.
